Aircraft Inspections

Our licensed engineers are available to conduct physical inspections, audits and scanning of maintenance records, and reviews of record keeping procedures in respect of commercial, VIP and business jet aircraft.

Inspection and audit reports are provided in electronic and hard copy. Reporting is comprehensive with particular emphasis on highlighting any defects or shortcomings. Recommendations in respect of specific remedial action and general improvements in systems and procedures will also be made.

Aircraft Maintenance Supervision

We advise on, manage and supervise the maintenance, refurbishment and repair of aircraft and engines worldwide.

Aircraft and engine maintenance can be costly and time consuming. It is important for owners, lenders and lessors to maintain on-site technical representation during such events as the cost of not doing so can prove prohibitively expensive.

Our licensed engineers can assist by acting as our clients' on-site technical representative during aircraft and engine maintenance, refurbishment or repair. We can assist with work scope preparation and will monitor the maintenance provider's adherence to the terms of contract and agreed turnaround times.

Where defect rectification or other additional work is identified, our technical representatives can be relied upon to recommend the most cost effective and timely solutions.

Leased Aircraft - Deliveries and Redeliveries

We manage aircraft deliveries and redeliveries on behalf of lessors and lessees.

The successful delivery or redelivery of a leased aircraft, on time, in the required physical condition and with the required aircraft records is the simple objective of all lessors and lessees but is increasingly difficult to achieve. Failure to achieve this can prove expensive for the both the lessee and the lessor. AMS can help.

AMS has managed many such deliveries and redeliveries, acting either for the lessor or the lessee. The work involved is an extension of the delivery and redelivery inspections offered to clients and our technical representatives will resolve any issues relating to timing, physical defects or incomplete records.

We can also calculate default or return condition compensation claims.

Aircraft Technical Monitoring

We provide a low-cost aircraft technical monitoring service named CALM - Continuous Aircraft Loan and Lease Monitoring.

CALM provides banks, lessors and investors with an affordable technical monitoring and management information service.

A wide range of aircraft types are monitored on CALM, from turboprops to regional jets and narrow and wide body commercial transport aircraft.

CALM is relevant to transactions in respect of aircraft leases, aircraft loans and aircraft backed securities. It provides clients with a range of technical and operational information, the interpretation of which by AMS, can significantly improve transaction risk management. CALM is a web-based internet system that requires neither costly nor complex modifications to our clients existing I.T. systems or infrastructure. The data produced through CALM is delivered via a secure, multi-user, password protected website.
