AMS is delighted to announce the appointment of Lisa Tovey as Quality Manager.  Lisa has been involved in all aspects of Quality Assurance including EASA Part M, Part 145 and Part 21 over the course of a career spanning in excess of 25 years.

Lisa has drafted, implemented and audited procedures to ensure compliance with EASA Part 145, Part M Continuing Airworthiness and Part 21 Subpart J. Having previously worked for companies including FLS, Thomas Cook Airlines, Zoom Airlines and FlyGlobespan she has also accrued extensive experience of a wide variety of fixed wing assets including Airbus A320 and A330, and Boeing 737, 757 and 767 aircraft.

AMS is an approved continuing airworthiness management organisation (CAMO) under EASA Part M Subpart G with Subpart I privilege.  Our range of CAMO services include:

AMS has been exclusively mandated to redeliver and remarket two Bombardier CRJ-100LR aircraft on behalf of a European bank.  The aircraft, serial numbers 7460 and 7461, were manufactured in 2000 and are currently in service with Comair, USA.  The aircraft will be available for delivery from Q2/2012. The aircraft are CF34-3A1 powered and have standard 50-pax airline cabin configurations.

Formerly in service with Nationwide Airlines, South Africa, the aircraft was manufactured in 1991, is CFM56-3C1 powered, and is configured to accommodate 126 economy class passengers.

AMS Aircraft is pleased to announce that it has successfully arranged the sale of an Airbus A340-311 aircraft, MSN 015, to GECAS Asset Management Services, Inc, (Tennessee, USA) on behalf of AC Aircraft Leasing 6 (Cayman) Limited.  AMS was retained as exclusive remarketing agent by the owner. 

AMS Aircraft welcomed over one hundred and twenty delegates to its second annual Asset Management Seminar at the America Square Conference Centre, London on Wednesday 7th September. The event was attended by clients, friends and contacts from the banking, finance, airline, government agency, legal, insurance and leasing communities.   

Attendees listened to presentations and participated in panel discussions involving a number of leading industry experts.  Subjects included fleet planning at Lufthansa, the future of aircraft leasing, the Isle of Man Registry, continuing airworthiness management (CAMO), a Russian sector review and an update on the European Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS).
