We recently acted on behalf of a leading multinational commodities-trading corporation concerning the purchase of a new Dassault Falcon 900EX aircraft.Â
We reviewed and advised upon the technical, operational and delivery aspects of the contractual documentation including the Aircraft Purchase Agreement, Management Agreement and the manufacturers’ engine, APU and airframe warranties.
Furthermore, whilst supervising the delivery we conducted a thorough pre-delivery inspection of the aircraft and alerted the client to deficiencies in its physical condition and the associated technical documentation prior to the aircraft being accepted.
