Aircraft Repossession
We were mandated exclusively on behalf of a ‘blue chip’ aircraft engine manufacturer and successfully repossessed two Airbus A310-300 aircraft from an Indonesian airline which ceased trading.
We took possession of both aircraft and the associated records, and coordinated their ongoing storage, maintenance and security, whilst liaising with the Indonesian DGAC and the FAA to facilitate deregistration and re-registration respectively.
We then negotiated the acceleration of a previously arranged forward sale of both aircraft to FedEx in the United States.
