Complex Commercial Aircraft Remarketing Project
AMS has the in-house capability to handle large turnkey projects as demonstrated recently whilst working on behalf of a UK bank client on a project involving five Bombardier CRJ-200LR aircraft.
During the course of the project we:
- Managed the return of the aircraft off lease from a major US airline lessee;
- Identified a suitable storage location with appropriate maintenance facilities for the aircraft;
- Identified and negotiated the sale of all five aircraft to a Russian airline which had not previously operated any western built aircraft;
- Managed the pre-delivery maintenance on the aircraft; and
- Arranged the ferry of the aircraft from North America to central Russia.
